About Us
In 1963 my father Alvin Mast moved his family to Fall Creek WI. From Kalona IA. He soon found there was no one who brought fresh fruit from Michigan to the area. So he took his pickup truck to Benton Harbor Michigan and brought back some Peaches for his large family, and also for a few neighbors, who gathered and gladly bought the fruit. Dad returned to Michigan each week for more fruit during the fresh peach season.
The Community Supported his effort and the business grew. In 1973 my dad's family moved to Augusta WI. and built a building just to sell fruit from.
In 1978 a wind storm took the building down.
When I married Abbie in 1980 The Business was moved to Its present day location and we became responsible for the business. We, the Sanford Mast Family have enjoyed the contacts this business has given us with the community each year.
Now our family has grown up, and some married, so we have other young people come to help us with the market. So if you don’t see one of our family members helping you with your order it will be one of our good helpers.
We strive to be honest and fair in all we do. Stop in this summer and say "HELLO".
